I took 1 midol this morning at like 7am... will it be "okay" to drink tonight around 7pm?

Yes, it will be fine. As long as you take them a couple hours apart they will not interact with each other. 12 hours is more than enough - just don't take anything else.

Yes, u'll be fine...trust me (I would no, I have done it before)! But I take 2 (u can)! It takes 4-6 hrs. 2 get out of ur system. So u could of drank alcohol at lyke 2pm & u would've been fine! you should be ok, just dont take one right before you start drinking because the tylenol in the midol will ruin your liver faster with drinks...but if you took it earlier then drink up butter cup!

Never ever mix alcohol, and tylenol. Midol has 500 milligrams of tylenol it it.

You'll be fine - just leave yourself about a 6-hr window after taking any pain meds before drinking.
