If you are a true friend and him and his body odors are getting out of hand then, YES. You don't have to do it in a mean way. You start by giving him hints. If he does not take them then Christmas is coming, buy him some body wash, tooth paste and other things that will make him smell good. If this doesn't work, sorry but your just going to have to come out and say it. Tell him that you are doing this because you are being a true friend. That always works.

He has no nose so he can't tell he smells bad. I think you shouldn't tell him but buy him a car airfreshener...one of those little trees with the string and make it into a necklace and put it around his neck and tell him its a medallion that he has to wear if he wants to be in your new cult. Then you aren't hurting his feelings by bringing attention to the fact he has no nose.

YES! he might be a little taken aback but a lot of people might thank you for it. i have a very smelly friend and he knows he smells and he doesn't care. but let me tell you the people around him do. get him deodorant or cologne for Christmas or give it to him early. it would be for the best. He might just thank you for it.

do what i did send him a basket that you made with some hygiene stuff like: soap deodorant toothpaste mouthwash toothbrush..........just a few things like that and he might not even say that he got anything in the mail like that.......he might just decide to use it. just act like you dont know anything about it if he does mention something and if he asks your opinion tell tell him you do smell a little sometime, we all do..........ha ha
