Nope. If you live in God's will you are willing to accept that some times what you want is not what God wills. You do not and can not buy God's blessings or bribe God into giving you what you want.

What I've found is that it's kind of a self-fulfilling verse. If all you want to do is God's work then you can. If you want to devote your life to the poor and give them all your resources and abilities, you can.
Agape love is unconditional love. By its definition, it wouldn't be limited to one person, since it would then exist within a condition (of the person being that one person). Perhaps you love her, friend, and love comes from God, but I would be cautious of exaggerating the situation, knowing that you do want something to happen (those warm 'n fuzzies can make us think crazy sometimes).
God has a plan for each of us. Instead of asking God for what you want, perhaps you might ask him what he wants. I've found that in a funny way, things just end up working out better than I could have ever planned.
God bless you, friend.

Paul, God is not in the business of granting wishes, or in matchmaking.
Pray for guidance and understanding, continue in your faith.
Does the woman know your feelings? Perhaps you could tell her. God is also not a message-forwarding service.
God may be able to help you with the courage to speak with simplicity and honesty, and to accept His will.

Nope not if it's not in his will.... Pray about it and he will answer you. As for the hearts desire quote.... The Bible states that we shall have what so ever our hearts desires in Heaven... Not on Earth but in Heaven, and remember that Heaven is nothing like earth and we will not be seeking anything that is not of God....

If that is in Gods plan, the best we can do is ask God for guidance in living the right way, and to accept the Lord into our life, and our lives will be fruitful, God wants us to be joyous, it says so in the Bible.

He gives you the desires of your heart. Not what your heart desires. Meaning when you may have used to desire women and booze before you now do not because he changed your desires.
