First assess the damage. Is it just a little red mark? Put it under cool running water, put a moist bandage over it (loosely), and that's all that's needed. If you have aloe vera or burn spray, use that before bandaging.
Is it blistered and/or seeping fluids? Or is it white or charred? Put a dry bandage over it (again, not tight) and take her to the ER. If you aren't old enough to drive and there's no one who can drive you, then call an ambulance.

Flush the burn with very cold water. Tap water will do. If there is ANY redness or blistering. Head for the ER immediately as this is a second degree burn and needs special attention. Be sure to wrap her hand with a clean dry dressing. Do not use any butter, grease or vaseline!!

Run it under cold water. If it's not a bad burn, leave it unbandaged and put some liquid vitamin E on it. It should help calm it down. Take some Tylenol. If it's bad or covers a large area, go to the hospital.

place the hand under cool water and examine the type of burn...anything more than a small burn should be seen by a doctor...especially if it involves the palm or fingers...afterwards you can dress the burn with a dry sterile dressing...and dont put anything on it if you are going to the doctor...If it is just a small minor burn..a product like solarcaine should help with the pain.

either put the hand under cool running water or use a wet washcloth to wrap the hand up in it. If begins to blister or turn a very dark red(or so dark it looks purple) get her in to a doctor so they can look at it.

well depending on what kind of burn it is...if it is a 3rd degree(leather like feeling, charred) take her to the doctor IMMEDIATELY....2nd degree(blisters and redness) you can just run it under cool water and put some anteseptic and a covering on it DO NOT POP THE BLISTERS....1st degree burn(redness around the area) just run water under it and take a tylenol 4 pain...hope it helps

Run it under cold water for 10 minutes.
The heat from the burn will rise to the surface of her hand and then go away, so her hand won't hurt. =)
