Is there a definite risk of hemorrhagic stroke when taking liquid fish oil?

Harvard group suggesed after a study that there was no link, however additional books I have read by Md's state that fish oil, as a blood thinner, when taken regularly increase the risk of this type of stroke. I would like to know if I should be continuing to take this...(thanks in advance for any insights!)
