how do i tell my friend i like him. and get him to get over his ex?

He may not be ready for another relationship right now. Flirt with him if he acts interested keep on but if he doesn't than he's not ready or he's not into you that way, also before you do make sure you know how your friend would feel about it. Either its okay for both of you or neither of you. How would you feel?

He will get over his ex in about two years, or maybe longer. In the meantime, just be his friend and if there is any chemistry between the two of you, it will come naturally. Tell your friend of your feelings for the guy. If she has told you, then you should do the same. If she is a true friend, then it wont make any difference. It didnt to you did it?

Firstly, let's start on your friend. If she likes him, you should gently, lightly, hint at it, until it's finally obvious. When she figures it out, you hesitantly tell her yes. About the ex, you have to be friends with him FIRST. Comfort him, convince him to tell you about the whole problem, and then, encourage him to get over her. That's all the advice I can give you.

you are just like me.My best friend likes my ex and i like him still 2.Well just tell her that is what i had to do with my Friend.Soon the boy will stop chasing after someone that isnt chasing him back!!!!!!!!!!!

Well you should ask him why he still likes that person still and tell him that you like him.
