Neuropathic (Nerve) Pain
That is only from my perspective. Pain is subjective and what bothers one person may not bother someone else.
other than that I would say that pain from a toothache would be on my list as well.

Back spasms from a herniated/bulging disk. Man, that is the worst because the disk presses on the sciatic nerve!

Neurological Nerve pain is by far the worst.
Like Trigeminal Neuralgia
it is called one of the worst pains known to man.
