Depends on what he's doing. It is his house, so he has the rights to come into your room, and it might be just to check on you.

I am a dad. I check on my kids at night. I am quiet so as not to wake them. I have a daughter and a son. I make sure they are covered with blankets. I look at them. They are wonderful to look at. I would hate to be accused of doing anything wrong. Do your dad a favor and make sure he does not get falsely accused. That could destroy his life. All men are not bad.

look, I'm your age too and mt dad does the same thing. he;s probally just snooping around.
next time he does it scare him by asking what he was doing, if he takes a while to answer tell your mom!
mom's sneak around our rooms all the time so a dad should be able to without being assumed as a rapist or pervert!!

If you feel uncomfortable talk to both your parents together tell them you feel you are too old for dad to check on you at night and ask your mother to do it if it makes them feel better tell them you are growing up don't go and make accusations without knowing for sure but if he is doing more than checking in on you you need to talk to your mother alone if it keeps up then talk to your school counselor for advise that is what they are there for

It's fine if he's just a dad coming in to say goodnight to his daughter. Being 13, he still probably hasn't gotten quite used to you growing up yet. He still wants you to be his little girl. Personally, my dad still comes in to kiss me goodnight.
But, if he does things to you, like touches you inappropriately then you should tell your mom immediately.

If he's coming in to watch you while you sleep then it's ok . But once it goes beyond that and you feel you can't tell anyone then you need to let your mama know that you are uncomfortable. If that dosen't work then report his ***. There are just somethings that you don't do when kids are a certain age nop matter how cute it was when they were younger.

Don't get hyper now. Maybe your dad comes in and checks if you are feeling cold. My mom and dad check on me and sometimes fix my blankets for me.
Find out why he's there and if you feel uncomfortable, ask your mom.

I don't think it is normal. If you were a little girl, he would come in to say good night and tuck you in. What does he do after he sneaks in your room?

Does he do anything he shouldn't do? Does he just stand and stare. Can you write back and tell us more details? If your Dad checks in to see if you are alright and doesn't touch you in ways he shouldn't then he isn't doing anything wrong. Is he molesting you? That I not normal, Tell someone.
