Well it sounds like you're pretty fit already. You do alot of running which is great cardio and it really works your legs. But do you pay attention to ur abs? Do you do crunches or sit ups? There are other exercises you can do, too! Like hang from a bar by your hands keeping your arms straight, cross your legs and try to raise them to your chest. Or, while keeping your legs straight, lie down with a medicine ball between your feet and raise your legs so that your legs and your abdomen make a 90 degree angle. There are plenty of things you can do to get those abs!

GOOD LUCK!

If you look at the majority of cross country or long distance runners compared to short distance runners you will notice that the short distance runners will carry far less fat and greater amounts of lean muscle mass.

The lesson to learn from this is that it is much harder to developer a well defined 6 pack if your cardio is long.

It is much easier to develope muscular definition (abs, arms, legs, or anywhere) with short distance runners.

Sit ups , crunches and bicycle crunches together will help work a lot of the ab muscles. Also try to consume more protein than carbs, it will really tone you up especially in the stomach.
