It is definitely feminine and unattractive. Can't figure out while men are doing this. Surely women are not talking them into it.

It actually depends on how cute the guy is. If hes like supermodel hot than he could probably pull it off. If he's just an average joe than eeeeeewwwww that's sick. he needs to find a hobby or figure out if hes maybe gay.

I've never heard of that except on cross dressers or gay men. but yes i do find that very unattractive.

It's their choice and they are welcome to do so. While not something I would want my man to have, I am not opposed to men who have it done.
A piercing itself does no change or determine sexual orientation or the personality of a person. As long as they like it, that's what matters.

1st of all, ive never seen a guy get his belly button pierced and 2ndy, if they do, it IS unatrractive and they're proboly not into
