If you like this person and you think the relationship might last through the holidays, then spend no more than $50. The challenge will be to find something unique and of interest to the receiver. Don't just go get him/her a sweater. Put some thought into it, although you don't know this person that well, you probably have some clues about likes and dislikes. Unless of course the person loves sweaters ;)

I would say 20 bucks but really find something that reminds you of him.. some lil trinket of sorts..maybe a first pic of the 2 of you frame it. or maybe have a very romantic meal you make a day or two before x-mas were you have candles and wine and maybe some good adult passion later.. i don't know but what i am saying is don't worry about staying in the 20 dollar range just get something that is suited for him..

Assuming you are talking about Christmas - you will be dating for another month by the time it gets here. I think $50.00 would be nice. If someone is special enough to share Christmas with - they should be worth $50.

If it were a month or less, maybe $50. That happened to me last Christmas. I got him a really nice bottle of wine.
