There are a million reasons, most commonly is that they are scared, it's true that guy's get afraid that the girl will turn around and reject them. A mans worst fear; rejection, honest. Don't worry too much, girls should be the ones to phone. I have a girls number, I really like her but I am too scared to ring her, in case she tells me not to or something stupid like that.
