You probably are. If you are under the 16-18 range, and I'm guessing you are, then you probably are too young. Plus if the guy is over 18 and 4 years older than you, then that's statuatory rape. When you are young, you should probably date people close to your age. Believe me, you will stay out of a lot of trouble and heartache.
