I think that the guy should always make the first move. But that's just my personal opinion.

If you wanted to kiss him too, and if he doesnt make a move at all then you should make the move.

sure. the only time I make the first move is if I want to kiss them (or I don't want to kiss them.. then I let them know up front that it just ain't gonna happen)

it depends on them if the girl want to make the first move she should go ahead and do it but i mean she shouldnt wait around on the guy

If you know he wants to kiss you then wait and see, unless he's shy. If you know he likes you and you want, you can also kiss him first. Either one works.
