Of course. Cats don't get enough water in their diets anyhow, and will probably make the milk easier to digest.

Mixing water with the milk is a great idea, the milk up straight is very strong for kittens stomach.

Actually it is not good to give kittens cows milk. If it is weaned from its mother then water is good for it..not cows milk which is made for baby cows not kittens. A lot of cats cant tolerate it and get diarhea. You can buy specially formulated milk for cats at the supermarket though.

Stop giving your kitten any milk at all! No weaned cat should have milk of any kind!!! Give your kitten lots of fresh water but stop with the milk - she can't digest it and it will give her diarrhea, which can kill her.

Unless your're going to the pet store and buying milk especially made for cats and kittens, they should NEVER have milk! It causes them to have diarrhea and then they get dehydrated. When that happens, they sometimes die. Always give fresh water.

Yeah shouldnt be a problem it will just dilute the milk. If your cat is having trouble because of the milk (diarreah, etc) they sell these little cartons of milk in the pet isle for those who have problems digesting the milk.

THAT DEPENDS ON YOU WHY YOU ARE USING THE KITTENS MILK .. IF YOU ARE USING IT TO SUPPLEMENT MOTHERS MILK THEN YES YOU CAN ADD A FEW DROPS OF WATER TO THE KITTENS MILK ... BUT IF YOU ARE USING THE KITTENS MILK AS A COMPLETE DIET THEN NO YOU DO NOT WANT TO ADD ANY WATER

Depends on how young the kitten is? 1st call you vet. and bring them into the Dr. if you have any concerns. Please read the directions on the back of the label of the kitten milk before you dilute.
