Contact Italian Consulate/ Embassies in Thailand and inquire about visa if you are a Filipino, currently in Thailand if you can apply for a tourist visa to go to Italy or not possible.

I would think there is an Italian Consulate in Seoul Korea. If not, There is one in Tokyo, Japan. If there is a Philipino Consulate in Korea, I am sure they can assist you also.

no, you have to apply ur italy visa in ur own country.
