1>In love with 35 year old divorced, 3 kids woman bipolar (supposed). Am having sex with her
2>She is in love with a man who lives with his girlfriend
3>She is also sleeping around with other men
4>I have told her i love her want to take her out for meals etc
5>She said no, she is in love with other man who lives with girlfriend
6>It's tearing me apart to see her giving herself away so easily with 3 kids at home and even though I treated her the best out of all of them and didn't cheat on her she still loves the one with treats her like s**t
7>I'm tempted to tell unavailable man she is sleeping around but don't think I will, as this would be pathetic

Leave her alone.
She doesn't want your help, and she doesn't love you the way you want her to love you
Stop having sex with her. Sex isn't love, anyway. And neither is taking her out for meals.

This may seem harsh but leave her. She is using you. If she says she loves that other man and he is treating her that way then she will never come around to being with you. A lot of women are into that insane kind of relationship. I think they like the drama. Find someone normal and that will treat you like you deserve to be treated.

FIrst off I would get the hell outta that relationship. Ready Made Families are no good. The kids will eventually hate you (even if they do not initially). She will always compare you to past affairs. Never, Never, NEVER tell a woman you love them. If she likes being treated like crap, she is mentally unstable. RUN, RUN, RUN!! And try to hide your tracks, the crazy b i t c h will follow you!! Don't tell the other poor sucker, just be glad you have the opportunity to get the hell outta there!!

Leave... she will only take advantage of the situation if she's already told you she's not interested. There are obviously other factors in her decision making and with all the extra baggage, is not something you should get involved with. nip it in the bud now! What if she got pregnant? Gave you an STD? Jerry Springer moment destined to happen unless you ACT now and get out!

You need to let her go... as you said you can't stand to see her give herself away so easily so why would you... If she can't see what she has in front of her and appreciate everything you do then you are giving all you have for someone who doesn't want it. Telling him isn't going to change her. If I was you I would walk away now. You can and will do better but you need to let her go....
