I'm afraid you have to give them examples first of what kind of reason they possibly could use...

Because Christianity's concepts do not mesh well with human logic.Jesus tried to use earthly concepts to explain what he came to do,and people were still confused.
The emotional and spiritual feelings that a follower of Christ receives is what matters most to a Christian because it can not be explained. It is special.

I am not entirely sure. But there is a large segment of the secular population that has distrust towards "reason" and "logic." These would include anyone influenced by certain strands of postmodern and feminist thought that finds "logic" (or "logocentrism") to be a result of male hegemony and false authority. Emotional response or intuition is seen as better vehicle to truth. In other words, social coherence through empathy is sought above abstract notions of truth.
This is not my own view, but I see where it comes from in our pluralist culture.

If by emotional appeal you mean having joy, peace etc. in your life, then why not exactly?
Gal 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. (KJV)
Phi 4:7-8
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (KJV)

Take a look at the 10 Commandments.
Have you ever stolen anything? If yes, that makes you a thief.
Have you ever used the Lord's name in vain? If yes, that makes you a defamer.
Have you ever lusted after something that belongs to another? If so, that makes you an adulterer in your heart & mind.
Get the point? Reason dictates that if you have sinned you need a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He was the one who came to earth and died on the cross for your sins.
Don't you think you owe Him the common decency to hear what He is all about instead of lambasting Him and His followers because you are too ignorant to research this for yourself?

Hello Friends,Trinity is not by logic to use reasons to prove it For Examples : they said 3 in 1 Father And Son And Holy Spirit if you ask anyone of them where the Trinity in clear words in Bible will not answer you they will say Paul said not Jesus and paul Himself didn't say it in clear words. if we apply small math rule of union (+)
Father is God =1; Jesus is God =1;Holy spirit is God = 1
then they said the three hypostasis has to unite to make holy Trinity the logic said 1+1+1=3 !!!! right or wrong but they say No they = 1 !!!!! they will say use 1*1*1=1
reply will is the operator ( *) is equal for union (+)?whatever the reply what we mean by (2*3=6) it mean apply the sum on number 2 three times or the versa if we apply this rule on ( 1*1*1) what we will get? maybe they say no let it 1/3+1/3+1/3 =1
they have no reasons to discuss with it

Exactly what reason would you like? Most of the time, reason is a code word for proof. Proof is relevant to the person who expects it. What I reqire as proof may vastly deffer from someone else's idea of proof. What sort of proof would you require? Or would you more than likely dismiss all proof out of hand as it does not match your lofty expectation of it? Would God need to smite you and bring you back to life or would a simple parlour trick do you?

If it has to be explained to you, you' wouldn't understand anyway...Problem with "reasoning" for you intellectual folk, is that intellect evolves every day all the time..People once thought what we could see with the naked eye was all there was..Someone disagreed and was called crazy until he developed a microscope and then they could see the little tiny things. They said fine...Finally..that's all there is then! Another dared believe there were still things we could see and was damn near burned at the stake..Later the electron microscope was developed and OMG, you could see atoms....See, folks that don't understand faith are just physical see'rs, don't believe anything more could possible be..Intellect changes everyday.. Faith has been around literally forever...

If they used reasoning, they would never get any converts. Who could honestly believe that G-d came to earth in human form? G-d is G-d.
