In anime/manga, "bishie, bish and Bishy" are terms that are used to refer to androgynous-looking females. Are these terms used in real life in Japan? Is the term "sukeban" still used when referring to a "delinquent girl"?

I've never heard a Japanese person use the term "bishi" and while it might be applicable (Japanese love to shorten words and bishounen is a wee bit long), I think such things are reserved to silly fangirls in the West who still use largely outdated Japanese termonology.
Because sukeban is more for a group of delinquents of the leader of said group, but outside of anime and manga I doubt it rarely appears. Typing it (in Japanese) into Google yields very little results and that is usually a good way of testing the extent of how a word is used.
