just flat out tell him that you aren't interested. sometimes it works.. sometimes guys are just too darn egotistical and it's just simply impossible for someone to NOT like them. all you can do is tell him and don't do anything to lead him to think otherwise.. and the rest is up to him.
if worse comes to worse.. hold up a sign (no I'm jk don't do that!) hope I've been helpful!
