YES!!!!!!!!!!!! suicide is a sin because it is killing someone (yourself) God forgives most sin but if you remember from the bible, god was willing to forgive Judas for turning him over, but instead Judas killed himself. that sent judas to hell for eternal suffering. God loves you and if you ask Him, I'm sure that he will help you carry your burden that is making you want to commit suicide. also go to tour local priest and ask help. see if going to mass every Sunday helps. Our only way to salvation is through God, not suicide.
God Bless and hope you make the right desicion.

Obviously you have some belief in God. Instead of trying to find a way to commit suicide and not go to hell, why don't you just talk to God directly as if he is there (really he is). The more you talk to God, the less you will feel that your situation cannot be resolved. He will bring you through anything, you just have to ask. God Bless.

suicide is a deadly and unforgivable sin no matter how you look at it. If you think about it and don't go through with it until the Lord calls you home and you ask for forgiveness than God will forgive you, because you asked for forgiveness, meant it and didn't do it. If you do it you ain't going to Heaven even if you just got saved 30 minutes after you did it. If you ask for forgiveness for committing suicide and commit suicide, than you are going to Hell. Because Jesus is eternal LIFE, NOT Eternal Death

yes it is still a sin, we can only ask forgiveness after the fact and only because we are truly sorry for the sin, to say sorry before commiting an sin would mean that you still have the intention of disobeying the will of God and even this is a sin.

If you are sincere about not wanting to do that, get some counseling to help you through this difficult time. You have the rest of your life ahead of you, and God has plans for you. Your life is not your own. He purchased you at a great price. Don't throw away the future because of a difficult present.

Commiting suicide is not a sin. If someone is in such a dark place that they kill themselves, then they are mentally ill and God recognizes that.
If you are contemplating suicide please get help. You can get help for free or at a low cost. If you're thinking about suicide please call the national suicide hotline 1-800-448-3000. I work at a counseling center and I myself have battled depression and there is hope and a better way out than killing yourself.

I'm assuming you mean, while your dying you ask God for his forgiveness...
well it's not my call its Gods, but this is my opinion on it
I believe you would go to heaven. But Heaven is eternal life with God. He gives you this life on earth to prepare you for living with Him forever. Like i said I think you would get into heaven, but you wouldn't be able to experience the full joy of heaven due to the fact that you dont know God as well as someone who has followed them Him on earth and read His word, and prayed to Him, and worshipped Him. Heaven is meeting the God that you have been with all this life on earth. doing something like that, again this is just my opinion, would be like just making it past hell. Plus, you earn treasures on earth for Heaven, and there would be no chance of that if you did that.
Good question :-D

going to hell is not the reason you shouldn't do it ....
you shouldn't do it because things can get better !
right now it doesn't feel like it will , but i promise it will
you sound depressed ... are you getting help for that babe ?
someone i love very much was very depressed a couple of years ago .. they tried to kill them self 4 times ... and 4 times i intercepted
they are now so thankful that it didn't happen , they got help , got better
and now is very happy to be alive with much to live for
please help yourself by taking that first step to getting better .. speak to your doctor or councillor , and know that it doesn't have to always be this way
much love to you xxx

yes, assuming god's forgiveness is a sin, its taking advantage of him. Being really sorry for your actions requires repentence of them, as in resolving never to do it again. So saying your sorry and then doing it makes no sense, it means your not sorry basically.
