Is your dog female and how old is it? If it is young, female, and has never been "in heat" it may be just that.
I agree with others that you need to call a vet. Vets will talk to you over the phone and help you to decide if it is serious or not. They will give you advice straight away. Just ring a local one, it doesn't matter which one. Look them up in the phone book. Any of them will be able to tell you what you should do. Good luck :O)

Is the dog pregnant could be puppies if its a female that would be the Vagina on a female not the butt. blood is normal in birth.
Could be a hard bowel movement and the dogs trying to pass it out. I would call your local Vet first who knows your dog. If You can't reach him call another. Or call humane society now.

Call the vet. I most likely a bacterial infection. If anything serious the vet will tell you and can ussually make emergency arrangements to pick up the dog. Try to keep the dog from licking it.

well this could be a sing of many different problems (eg. he could have eaten a rock or some other foreign body that doesnt wanna pass well thu his system, inflammation)... some more serious than others but it all comes down to one solution...taking ur puppy to the vet..this cant be left untreated no matter what it is...It could even be Parvo!! can your brothers take him to the vet..or are you parents coming home soon?

you'd better call your parents. whatever it is it could be serious. don't panic, but don't take it lightly. your parents should know what to do. in the event that you can't get a hold of them, call a neighbor or (if you know the number) the vet.
