Where on your abdomen? That's a big part of it. If it's your lower abdomen and close to the sides, it could be something wrong with your sexual organs, particularly your ovaries. If it's your lower abdomen near the middle, it could be your bladder, your intestines (aka you have constipation), or another part of your sexual organs. Are you about to have your period? It could be cramps.
If it is your upper abdomen, you could have an ulcer in your stomach, though it may just be excess acid from stress causing you pain. Your other organs in that area could have something wrong with them, but it's not likely. For instance, in the unlikely event you have gallstones, you could have pain just below your ribcage on your right side.
