Yeah and it sucked. Sometimes it's just not possible to remain friends after that door has opened and someone is wallowing in unrequited love. It's hard on both parties. There's awkwardness, there's uncertainty. It's a terrible situation.

Yes, I have. He insists that he wants to stay single, but we still remain friends. If it is meant to be, it will happen.

Worse. I was the one he had a crush on. You may not think it, but it upsets your friend as much as it upsets you.
