Maker's Mark way smoother than Jim Beam. The liquor rep. I deal with calls it the bourbon for educated bourbon drinkers.
P.S. Maker's Mark also made by Jim Beam.

all made by Jim Beam distilleries but waaaaaaay better. Check 'em out.

You should try Booker's its by Jim Beam Brands aged for 8 years and is 126 proof.

I'm not sure about bourbon whiskey but Bushmills is the smoothest whiskey I've ever had. It is an Irish whiskey but it is a lot smoother than even Jim Beam as far as whiskey's are concerned.
