i cant use crash diets cause im to yound and i lol my mum wont let me im 14 163cm and weigh 75 Kilos and thats considered overweight i need some tips on how to lose weight

sorry umm look i have a pool and a walking machine at my house and thats it i can go for walks around the block and stuff because my mum wont let me (cause apparently it isnt safe ) she wont even let me join the gim so i dont koe help please...

you can go to parks, beaches or hilly areas(if you have)?

then start sprinting.. you'll notice difference in a week...

here what you do.
1. Sprint for 10 second all out.
2. jog for next 10 second
3. Sprint for next 10 seconds
4. Jog

do this 10 times... when you can do it 10 times easily. Increase the amounts of sprints to 15

if you are having problems in getting your breath back.. increase the rest amount to 15 seconds.. but NO More

also add
1. lunges
2. push up(all kind, wide grip, decline push up, jumping etc etc all kind you can think of and do)
3. pull ups

eat only good food. cut down on sodas, cream etc etc... thats it

i found the e book to be very informative and common to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too without postpone. i'm going to confess i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet customarily) and doing little or no workout, however the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i'd accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me through quantity that i'd lose. So thank you back for the help. i've got in no way offered something like this until eventually now because of the fact they are frequently packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. begin right this moment!

You're only a few kilos overweight, not very much.

Simply cut back on what you're eating now. When your mom serves dinner, take 1/3 less than usual.

Skip junk food, ask for raw veggies to snack. Eat fast food (restaurants, vendors) only 2 times a month.

Stay active, find activities to do with your friends. Walk, dance, play ball, take up a sport.

Crash diets don't work anyways. The only solution to permanent weight loss is to eat properly and exercise. Its that simple. Eat lots of RAW fruits & veggies, avoid junk foods and work out a lot. Working out is as or more importaint than eating right & I don't mean 20 minutes 3 times a week. Work out 2 hours a day 5 days a week and the weight will fall off you.
