Well if you;'ve only known this guy for 3 weeks, the best thing to do is to get to know him! Getting to know someone more lets you know if this guy is the right person for you. Some ways are as simple as having a conversation or hanging out somewhere, spending time! You can tell who a person is by their words and their actions.

Do you like movies? Skating? Sports? Board games? Hiking?
Find out what you have in common, or your different interests that you could share, and work off of that.
And ignore the people who are about to tell you to "Sex that up." They are idiots.

im guessing you're wondering about date ideas. Well, if your young I would reccommend keeping things light. Dinner and a movie, bowling, mini golf... fun stuff like that

bowling, mini golf, dinner, movies are ok, but then you can't talk. Sometimes i enjoy just walking around the mall.
