i have just come out of a long relationship and realised for the last few months i like this girl who is good freonds with my ex is this to soon to tell her how i feel or what im so confused

i think you should wait a while and pull yourself together because, since you just got out of a long relationship, you don't want to just hop into another one. one of my friends has a great rule: once you break up with a bf (in your case a gf), dont' date for a month so you can figure out if you want to really go out with somebody else or why you went out with the other person that you just broke up with.
don't try to rush into things too quickly or you might ruin the friendship. if you feel like you really do like her after a few weeks or a month or so, then yeah, go ahead! talk to her about it and see if she feels the same way. if she doesn't, then don't pressure her to go out with you or feel any differently about you. try to keep it neutral so you can still be just as good friends as you were before.

You didn't mention how long you've been out of this relationship. So many times, when you try to get involved with someone else too soon, it's the wrong thing to do. That's why they call it on the rebound. We all feel lose differently and it's not set in cement that we all feel it as long or hard. If you go into another relationship too soon a lot of people can get hurt. Just be aware of everyone's feelings before you get involved.

DO NOT DATE FRIEND'S EX, OR EX'S FRIEND.
It often causes problems between the friends. There's lots of other fabulous available people out there, don't just go for the convenient one.
