You mean organ, not cell...because cells are not differentiated sexually...the organ is.

It depends, on angiosperms, I agree with the chick above...for gymnosperms, there are male and female cones...moss megasporangia and microsporangia...it goes on and on. Be more specific. What kind of plant?
