Unless you can get freshly clubbed baby seal I would pass on the seal parmesean. Go with a good pepper-steak recipe...

Well, breading is mostly just to "seal" in the moisture. Baby seal tends to be very moist, so you could do without the breading, and you will save yourself some calories! Always good to be healthy.

Just a lite coat of virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and a dusting of flour !! Do not over cook they will get chewy.
