What can be more heartwarming - or morale-boosting - than a couple at work who find true love?
Well just ask her out for a dinner or a cup of coffee. If she is interested she will definately come out with you. See how it goes before the date is over tell her that you both should do this regularly if she agrees with you than great. You can ask her out a couple of more times before telling her that you like her more than just a collegue.

office romance is always touchy. I understand that for single adults there isn't a lot of places to meet people other than bars (you can't really find a meaningful relationship here), church (I go to church with a bunch of old farts) and work. But you should really consider all the consequences before making a move on a co-worker.
1. what if it works out? Well, that would be great. Except that you might get destracted from work... and the fact that you will have no time away from this person. All relationships need "my" time -something that is all yours. this also gives you things to talk about.
2. What if it DOESN'T work out? Well, then things just get akward. You still have to work with this person. And you have to be professional, putting aside all the differences and pain. I don't even want to SEE my ex's, let alone work with them all the time.
3. how would your employer feel about it? There are a lot of companies that have a strict "no inter-office dating" policy. Is yours one of them?
Generally, I would tell you to go for it. Perhaps casually mention that you got 2 free tickets to a movie and would she like to go? Or tell her that you just have to get away from your desk for a few minutes, would she like to take a walk to get a cup of coffee? Things like this are easy ways to tell if she is interested. But, in your situation, I want to tell you to be careful. Dating a co-worker can be great, but it can also be disasterous.
