If you enjoy abuse....stay with him for some more....If you don't like being abused, then you know the answer.

If the question is what you should do, and he's having paranoid suspicions / unfounded jealousy attacks which lead to violence (no matter if he kisses your feet afterwards and begs for forgiveness through buckets of tears) he might be showing simply a tiny bit of his true ROTTEN personality!
I would leave him in your place before he lays a single finger on you ever again. Because he will. Abusive men usually do, and even the ones who feel bad and regret and went through it as a kid and supposedly can't help it, it would take a lot of therapy anger management and trying and it's NOT worth it (especially since many don't ever accept something is wrong with them).
Even if you love him and don't feel like leaving him, think a LOT about it, relationships that start violent end up with broken bones, years of abuse, abused kids (that grow up to be abused by spouses or abusing them) unhappiness suffering and finally DEATH!
Get a guy who really loves and believes and trusts you, and that even if you WERE cheating would either talk about it or dump you, and not hit you! EVER!

You need to think twice about having a relationship with this guy. He sounds a little out of control. If he can't take your word for it, will he ever take your word for anything? And what's this with hitting your head against a wall? Total disrespect. You deserve better than this loser. Get out before he breaks your arm and then claims it was an "accident."

GIRL! i think you know what you gotta do, you need to quit talkin to that guy. boyfriend or not, you do not deserve to be hit on.

everything you have described in your question has been nothing but disrespect on his end. he should not talk to you like that, or ever put his hands on you...

it was NOT an accident, and he DOES NOT love you...

so you said he says he will hurt you worse if you leave him??? well then you need to really figure out how to get out without putting your life in danger, get help...there are plenty of programs and women who have been in your position who can help you...IF YOU WANT OUT, which that is what you deserve...

Get out of there girl!! No one deserves to be treated like that. If he loved u he wouldnt be saying or doing things to hurt u. U need a bit of self respect. There are plenty of guys who would never hit u or treat u the way he is treating u.

Now you've seen eeeeeeeeveryone say leave this guy.
Everyone is right.
There is no "but I love him" to it.
When a man puts his hands on you, that is a sign that he does NOT feel the same way, and it is highly possible for you to get hurt both physically and emotionally.

It's always your choice, but the wiser choice would be to get out of the relationship.

I believe if he choked you and hit your head against the wall you must leave him right away. To me it sounds like he is very insecure due to the fact that he is jealous and thinks you are cheating on him.
Don't you deserve better than him. If they hit you once the will do it again!!!!!!! Be a confident and strong woman, just leave. You can do better than give love to a guy who hits women.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get away while you can, this is only the beginning of the abuse you will receive. There is no reason a man should treat you this way. He is insecure and immature with violent tendencies

What? Oh hell naw.

You're better than me honey.

Anyway, you need to leave NOW. He is abusive and sounds really insecure on top of it.

Cut your losses now sweetie. There are better men out there.
