Cats usually go in heat every 21 days. It is unwise to breed your cat since there are already many unwanted cats in shelters. Also breeding is a big risk to your female as well as a big responsability.
Your cat will have a much higher risk of mammary cancer, reproductive cancers, reproductive infections, etc. I recommend getting her spayed asap.

it is spayed for a female animal. I think cats go into heat every month, but I may be wrong.
