I have been flirting back and forth with a man I work with. All along he has acted interested. He is quite a bit older than me, but not an issue for me. I was very blunt with him that I was interested in the physical aspect of moving further with no strings attached. Now, I feel ackward because he didn't jump at the chance. Let me know you're opinion on if I should let it go and see if he makes another move or keep pursing until he tells me to go to H---

So you offered him free, cheap sex and he wasn't interested? Sounds like he's a gentleman and he's looking for a lady. Not all men think meaningless sex with a co-worker is a "prize." Let it go. The man obviously has higher standards than you. It's possible he might have been interested in dating you properly, but when you bluntly offered to f--- him, he lost interest.

If he's older and not married chances are he's looking for something more than "no strings attached", and if he is married maybe he's not the cheating type. However, he may not have been interested at all =( Or he may not want to get involved with someone at work (big no no, speaking from my experiences anyway). I wouldn't pursue it because that can make your work situation extremely uncomfortable. I suggest that you just let it go and look for some NSA love outside your office!

If you keep pushing you will come off as desperate for sex. You dont want that. Maybe he was turned off by the whole no strings deal. Most men would jump on that but maybe he wants more. I would wait on him to make the next move but be careful he doesn't start spreading rumors about you at work.

you might have scared him away with saying "no strings attached". he might think you do it often, and he might have wanted more of a relationship with you, than a no strings attached relationship
