Where can I find some cute .png icons that can be used with a linux format?

We use linux at work and I'm sick of these same old icons. I want some Christmas ones but I need icons in a .png format. There aren't very many that I can find and they're not all that cool. Anyone know of a good site

you can download an image editor and convert your jpg images to png...
