how many times a day do you pray?

Yes, I pray EVERY day all day. If I think about someone who is going through a hard time or if I hear about it. I pray. Last night there was a tornado warning for a city, so I prayed for those people to be safe.my whole family prays all the time. I hear my 8 year old sister prayed for the City that had the tornado warning. But I don't know how many time a day, it's diffrent every day.

I pray often. I pray while driving, getting on and off the freeway, etc.
I pray for people in news stories.
I also thank GOD for all the blessings I received each day, that I was aware of, (and many I was not aware of.)
Usually I list as many by name as I can while praying, then switch over to unnamed groupings (teachers, doc/nurses, homeless, forgotten, etc.)
So, yes I pray a lot.
How many times? Gee - unknown, 100? 1000?
Depends on what I see or hear, to pray about.
A prayer to GOD can be about 2 nanoseconds long, a thought to GOD is a prayer.
You don't need a formal ceremony, or choir, you know, to talk to GOD, and give thanks to GOD. Right?

I couldn't tell you a number, but probably a lot.
Sometimes little prayers, like when I'm running late and the light is still red "God, get me there on time." And then before meals and such. I go to a Christian school and we are supposed to start every class with prayer, but some teachers forget. When I can't sleep I pray. When I'm upset I pray. When something great happens I often pray a little "Thanks, God"
He's a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

I do pray namaz for 5 times in a day. And really i cant count those prays which im praying from my heart in a day.

Yes I do pray, and I don't keep count on how many times. I think what is important for me is that I pray, how many times, is not the issue with me. A lot!! I don't think it is ever a lot or ever enough to pray.

When I was a person of faith, I prayed a good bit, at least twice a day, but not really on a set schedule. I found it very comforting. Sometimes I miss it, but I look upon the practice with different eyes now.

The more we realize our ignorance and our weakness, the more we love to pray for knowledge and guidance.
Going through this dark world we really need knowledge and strength, not physically but spiritually, not of ourselves but of God. Any man, before committing suicide, if he suddenly remembers his God and sincerely prays for guidance, he will realize how spiritually strong he becomes, and he can continue his life with firmer confidence.
Because of the above reasons, for decades, I keep on praying at every moment for thankfulness to God, for the unity of mankind, for overcoming difficulties, for several other things that the Messenger of the One True God teaches me to pray in His Holy Book. I try to thankfully pray at every breath.

I use to pray three times a day, but I will be honest and say I have become distracted with this forum among other things. Thxs for posting this question.... You gave me something to think about.

I don't pray enough ... but God knows I am thankful for everything in my life
