Apart from the Champdogs site, already mentioned:
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_beagle.html

The Kennel Club site has a puppy register & you may find some puppies on there:
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436
This site also gives advice on where not to buy a puppy.

Another great place to try is the ePupz site:
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?area=all&st=1&breed=Beagle
This is searchable by area, by breeder or by puppy or dog - though you have to register to get the contact details. Registration is free & offers other benefits such as an email when an advert is placed that matches your criteria.

Hope these sites help, good luck.
