find your limit and stay within that limit. but if you feel that you are overdoing it and it's too late try eating something. also staying awake until you feel the effects of the alcohol going away helps. i also like to eat crushed ice and take one or two advils before laying down after i've been drinking. i rarely get a hangover. if you get one anyway then there is a product at most convenience stores it's hangover remedy or something like that. it's a pill you can take. the reason for hangovers is generally due to dehydration. alcohol makes you become dehydrated. ever heard the question: 'how can i be so thirsty when i drank so much last night?'

Line your stomach before you start drinking. Don't mix drinks. Switch to clear alcohol like vodka. Try to keep hydrated by alternating with soft drinks if you can. Drink water before bed. Coke and paracetamol in the morning works well as well. Truth is though, if you drink too much, you will get a hangover. Worth it though.

drink lotz of water. A hangover is usually do to dehydration. Drink one glass of water per beer. Once you get in the habit of doing this you will begin to realize how thirsty you are when you drink and you will always want water after a beer. Before I use to never drink water while I drink now I can't stand to be without it and I usually never have a hang over.
