I've know my guy friend for a long time. When we were younger he had a crush on me, but I didn't like him back. Thru all this we are still pretty good friends. Recently he told me in so many words that he still likes me. I told him straight up that I didn't like him in that way. But he seems to not be giving up. I'm starting to get freaked out.

tell him straight up, tell him nothing he is going to do will make you see him in that way, and you REALLY don't want to sacrifice your friendship and wish he didn't want to

He is going to keep trying until you get in a serious relationship with someone else. Then he will forget about bugging you and just want to be good friends.
