I would not mind

I would prefer my child meets a diverse group of kids so they can learn more about other religions, cultures, and ways of life. it will help make them a more well-rounded, tolerant and accepting person

Children from my first marriage are not Muslim but I will have a child with my second husband, who is Muslim.

I don't see how being a Muslim prevents any child from playing with the other child. Why would anyone mind? Is this even a question to ponder when more important ones about children would be to let them play with ill mannered children vs. a Muslim or not?

As a good parent, I would never allow my child to play with a Muslim. Nor would I ever be friends with the Muslim parents. Not until the so called "moderate" Muslims stop their brothers and sisters in Islam from killing innocent people. But that hasn't happened. I do not believe it is a peaceful religion. I do not believe in their values, especially the ones where women are worthless and you should kill the infidels. If you weren't so worried about being politically correct, you would answer honestly like I have.

I do not mind if my child were to play with a Muslim child. Why wouldn't I? Children should be taught tolerance, acceptance, respect, and love for each other. Perhaps when we teach our kids the importance of this philosophy, will we one day reside in a society that loves and accepts one another.

Interesting. Mine was, and I was uncomfortable with it. Afterwards, I would only allow it in my presence (kids were 7 or so at the time).

Later, I found that the father was an apostate Muslim. Still, I didn't approve of the way the house was run and the kids were out of control.

It is important for a parent to control his kids environment to the extent they can without being a prison guard.

The best gift you can give a child is a mind of thier own allowing them the space to discover things including different religions

Truthfully I would have less worries with the kids playing together than with the adults. They say that at some point you "grow-up" and are an adult. But often times in situations like this the children are more "grown-up" than the grown-ups.

I would find it surprising that muslim children would be allowed to play with non muslim children. If they follow the Quran, muslims are not to befriend non muslims. However, if a muslim child were allowed, I would be fine with my child playing with them as long as my child was safe from the parents of the muslim child attempting to confuse or convert my child. Then it would be ON!

I wouldn't mind what the nationality of my kids friends are.
Hopefully, I would be a bigger person than to teach my kids
to discrimiate based on race or nationality or any other type
of bias. That is a big problem with the world today....
every race has their stupid people.....white, black, oriental,
indian, Iranian, mexican, etc......doesnt mean the whole race
is bad!!

No. That is technically considered racial profiling, or in this case religious profiling. Give the child a chance to branch out and meet new people. Our world today is messed up because we as Americans are alienated from foreign culture. Let your child learn!
