If your boyfriend bought you everything you wanted although you didn't want him to. Then he starts paying for everything since your parents won't. He pretty much supports you and loves every minute of it. How can I return a favor that great? He says I do by loving him but like a gift or something?

Just give him what he ask for. Since he can pay for material things, he obviously doesn't need anything your money can buy, just give him what he really wants "love"... sometimes you can have a lot of money but there are things like love or appreciation that money can't buy. Be nice with him, try to learn what things he likes, sometimes little details from the person you love are more valuable that big expensive things.

I'm sure your appreciation of it means more to him than anything. If you really want to do something special for him cook him a nice dinner. He will really appreciate that.
