You have to try your best to turn away from your sins. Sometimes they take time to get out of your life like addictions. God allows for growth and gives us times "to work our salvation out with fear and trembling". If you just don't care and you go out carousing because you once said the sinners prayer and think you have your free ticket to heaven, then no. You won't be going to heaven. But if it's a continual sin that you continually work on and pray about, that's different. God will help you to conquer it. God bless you.

Just saying the words doesn't mean a thing. First the Bible teaches that Jesus said "none can come unto the Father but by me." another passage " none can come unto me except the Father draws them" So according to the scripture it takes the quickening power of the Holy Spirit to bring people to Christ, and when this happens they will be saved(eternally) not yet perfected, but saved. They are to seek perfection and turn away from sin, but if they sin they still have the Son Jesus an their intercessor before God the Father. Our past, present and future sins are covered by the blood of Jesus.

Depends. Two main doctrines in the church.
One is "once saved, always saved." This is close to be a Five Point Calivist. They have scriptures to argue their case.
Second is that a person can lose their savlation. There are scriptures to argue this case.
To your question of someone who does not repent...both camps would question the salvation. The OSAS would say, "were they really saved." The other camp say that the person is not living their live for the Lord and risking things. Parables of the Talents. One of the workers did nothing with his talent and the owner (Christ) said to turn him in the weeping and nashing of teeth.

We mus t continue to repent or we will perish.
God will never leave us, but if we choose to leave Him we can lose our salvation. There are examples of this in the New testament. Hebrews talk about it.
Once saved always saved is a flase doctrine. It's not in the bible
Luke 13:4-6 4Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? 5I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish."

You have to honestly repent and try to get better. You also need a relationship with Jesus Christ to get to Heaven. You need to talk to him and trust him with your life.
Yeah, Christians sin sometimes. But as long as they REALLY try to get better and to not sin anymore, and they ask for forgiveness, they are forgiven.
Asking for forgiveness then sinning again without trying to get better is false Christianity. You really can't even call it Christianity. Those people probably won't be seen in Heaven. BUT we are not ones to judge, so don't go telling people they're going to Hell because they sin even after being a Christian.

A person can and does willfully or ignorantly sin here on earth because no one is perfect. That is what the cross is for. But that is where the Holy Spirit comes in. He will not sit idly by and allow a person to waller in their sins for too long. He uses many things to draw us back to God. A seared conscience...conviction...life situations, good and bad. You aren't your own once you are born again. He allows many the the consequences of sin to steer us away from it. For example...if a young woman fornicates after she is born again, he may seer her concsience to stop but if she is weak and caught in a sin, or rebellious, he may allow her to become pregnant. Becoming pregnant is a life altering thing. That might be a lame example, but it was the first one to pop to mind.

Security is Eternal Only for Those Whose Faith is Eternally Fixed on Jesus
Those who read the record of the Gospels carefully will find repeated authority from Jesus to renounce the doctrine of eternal security. In Luke 12:42-46 Christ described in another parable how a faithful servant could turn into an unfaithful one. After asking, "Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household . . . ?" Jesus answers His own question: "That servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing . . . he will make him ruler over all that he hath." Then Christ explains how that servant could lose his reward. "But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers."
Here is a perfect example by the Master Teacher as to how a faithful and wise servant can be punished with the unbelievers. Jesus was talking about a man whom He had seen faithful enough to trust with heavy responsibilities. Undoubtedly, this servant represents those who carefully served the Lord as true believers. But what happened? That very faithful servant departed from the path of faithfulness and reaped eternal ruin and death. Does this not also remind us of the words of Hebrews 10:38, "Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him." The servant in the parable, who was a believer, is now punished with the unbelievers. The faithful can draw back to perdition.

I believe that if you do something that is "wrong" or against the commandments of God and you do it knowing it is wrong just because you think you can repent for it later, then I don't think you are forgiven. It states this in the Bible. I think if you sin and you repent for the sin with a sincere heart asking for forgiveness your will be forgiven. But for you to do something that is "wrong" adn you know it's wrong but you do with the spirt, "Oh well, I know it's wrong, I'll do it anyways and repent later," I don't think the Lord will be so merciful.

You're really asking if a person can do anything to to lose their salvation. I believe the answer is no. We don't earn or deserve salvation, and we don't keep it. He keeps it for us. Once you have been given eternal life, that's exactly what it is...eternal. But the person who willfully continues in sin should really examine their own heart. Sometimes we can fool ourselves into thinking we are saved when we are not. Salvation is a relationship, not just going forward in a church and asking a preacher to pray with you. If a person hasn't made a commitment to Christ in their heart they are not saved.
