It's just that he's really nice and he wouldent do anything like that to me ever. Last time he waited for me?

maybe he is showing up in a different part of town, with another girl

If he hasn't offered an explanation, I wouldn't have a good feeling about him not showing up. It doesn't take long to make a considerate phone call to change plans
If you still haven't heard from him after not showing up, I'd probably think I should take the hint.
