That depend on your skill!!!, If you are an average player I suggest you to: for cash games: stay away from NO LIMIT, play a lot of LIMIT, and if you play POT LIMIT, go down ( your stack).

But you play those stack? right? 10/20$, that's mean you should know what you're doing, and you should have a good back up bankroll

I play poker for a living and that's what I play for stack, 3/6,5/10, 10/20....and pokerstars is one of the site I play...we might have play at the same table.

anyway good luck, take care
and if you need more advice go to my site

It all depends on your skill level.

But you are wrong about PokerStars. You don't have to play at the limits you suggested. They have limits far lower than that. If you have to ask a question such as this you clearly should not be involved in real money games. But I think you are talking about play money, since those are the minimum stakes for play money games.

If you are indeed talking about play money, I'd play no limit. That is really all you need to learn. Almost every tournament out there is no limit, so that is what you might want to learn.

In terms of learning the game, limit poker is hard to play for play money because there are so many calling stations. You can't scare them off with low stakes play money limit.

Pot limit is a very skilled game, probably one of the hardest to learn in the long term. Some pros even consider pot limit harder than no limit, since it can be harder to push someone off their hand with pot limit.

But to answer your question, try both, see what you like. If you run out of play money on Poker Stars you can refill with $1,000 three times per hour.

Hope your a rich and very good because, that's a lot of money to start playing , you can just go in with 20 bucks and expect to win you gotta go in a table that size with a bankroll, and just to let you know that's the amount of money that gets pretty serious and skilled i would highly advise NOT LOSING you money like 90 % of the people who play poker .

Learn the game properly. Read, study, improve. One day you will play no limit rather than pot limit. Trust me, I made the transition and I've never gone back. http://www.church-of-texas-holdem.com
