Well hi everyone. I would like you all to give me some advice on how to get rid of my spots. I have ALOT on my shoulders and upper part of my back and have some on my face. The spots on my face are not that much but i have quit a few and ive had them for nearly 3 years, im a 16 year old and i really need to get rid of them, I also weigh 80kg and im quite tall i would say 177cm.

if these spots r pimples and black heads pop them asap it will look bad for awhile then better now get some good cleanser for your face and use it

I don't know what your weight and height has to do with anything. Are they dark spots? If so many companies make skin lightening lotion that really works on dark spots and scars. I would suggest ProActiv lightening lotion it worked for my cousin's acne scars.

When you say spots, are they red, brown, black, small, raised??? depends if they are pimples, zits, black heads, moles, sun spots, freckles... could you elaborate??
