The application process has dragged a little as they were waiting to complete one interview. This opportunity is so right for my entire family, plus they came to me to apply, I didn't seek them but with the delay in the decision it's had an effect on my confidence level leaving me a bundle of nerves.

I'm going to stick my neck out here a little bit and say, I feel you are a nice guy, You probably won't reach an agreement with them, you probably won't take the job, and there is a better job out there for you. Let me know if I'm close.
