My boyfriend and I broke up in February after a three and a half year relationship and he got a new girlfriend within a month; she's now pregnant (as of early August) and wants advice from me because he does not believe that she is pregnant/the baby is his. She constantly calls me, asking for advice and pity. This really upsets me, but I don't want to be mean to her because she's only 18 and has no one else to confide in. What should I do?

If you don't want to get involved, tell her so...

Maybe give her some names of places she can go for help or talk to people that are going through the same thing. There are support groups for everyone. Maybe you should talk to your ex and tell him what she is saying and that the two of them should work out things together.

tell her that you wish her well but do not want to take any more of her calls. your relationship with your ex boyfriend is over and you do not want to interfere with his life. You have a life of your own now and send her to a teen counselor that can help her. Tell her its none of your business and say goodbye.

say what??? as a fellow women i think u should at least be her friend. she really need a friend rite now. n maybe u can talk her into confide to her parents. so u don't have to carry this burden alone. do i make any sense? hmm... the least u can do is ask her to call the hotline ( i think they have it all over the world) and tell them her problem, so she can get all the help she needs. n no more worries for u

keep taking her calls and get upset

or dont take her calls and feel better.

decisions, decisions, why should it be your responsibility? you did not play a part in making that baby.

DO YOU WANT TO BE THERE FOR HER, IF SO STICK WITH HER. IF NOT TRY TO AIM HER IN THE DIRECTION OF SOME HELP FOR HER AND GENTLY GET OUT OF HER LIFE.
