MO is used for Modus Operandi, which is Latin for "Method of Operation". Originally from police slang for a criminal's way of operating. In this case, it means "That's how he does things."

She used the wrong wording. She should have given you suggestions for talking this through with your wife, and helping to get her in the mood. A marriage is TWO people learning how to enhance the lives of the other and becoming more together than they could have been alone. Your wife should WANT to keep you happy and satisfied. I can't for the life of me understand wives who don't want to make love with their husband. In even my longest of relationships, my sex drive never decreased. What you told your counselor, that you would wait, was the right thing to say and you need to stick to that... you should find a different counselor who can coach you in ways to effectively communicate this with your wife and get the reactions you desire from her. Even better, see if you can get HER to go to couples counseling with you. That would be optimal, it really works if you're both willing ot go into it with an open mind and put forth the effort to make the changes that are suggested to you. Whatever you do, you do need to be proactive about this... if you settle back and just wait for her to be ready without assisting her in any way, then she gets the idea that you're okay with this and it becomes "the way things are." It's harder to get out of a rut like that. BEST of luck to you.

I always thought it meant Mission Objective. It's what he wants to accomplish. Like if getting the new promotion was his MO, then his goal is to get the promotion.

I guess the meaning is same as the Latin abbreviation.

it means "Modus Operandi" or "Mode of Operation"

Translating the sentence "That's his MO"

"That's his main objective" or "That's how he operates to achieve his goal"
