they are pretty hard to find a good ninjitsu site, i suggest getting the books to read instead as the books will be much more useful.
borders and waterstones have the best selection.
most good martial art books iv read have been published by "tuttle" and been a credited by my ninjitsu and jujitsu instructor.
most sites online arent very accurate and are just different peoples interpretation of ninjitsu. if you live near manchester or huddersfield send me a message and il put you in touch with a ninjitsu sensei.
sorry im not too familiar with tai jutsu.... but good luck!

Try this site: www.tendoshingan.com (Bujinkan Tendoshingan Dojo, affiliated with Manchester University Ninjitsu Society, U.K.)
You could also try martial arts equipment suppliers e.g. Blitz, Cracked Finger, Karate kid, Paragon, who usually have links on their web-sites to various martial arts clubs.
Then there's martial arts magazines e.g. Martial Arts Illustrated and Combat magazine that has loads of clubs listed in their classified sections.

Yes it's a dead art. Only LARPer learn it so they can use it at their role play meeting.
