If you skip meals, it makes your body store whatever you eat (whenever you finally eat) as fat. Your body literally goes into starvation mode. Try eating a balanced breakfast (protein & carb) before your first class and bring along some healthy snacks to graze on until lunch. When your body realizes that you will supply it with a steady stream of nutrition, it will start using the stored energy (fat) - provided you give it some exercise, too. Good luck!

DO you eat on the go or eat alot of fast food. I do this when I am going to class. I always go for the snack machine full of chips and little debbie cakes. I will stop at taco bell before class. Little things like that add up.

Well, you might have to "upper" your food basics as your breakfast, dinner, but just keep dessert low. Bring extra food with you to school but not many sugar types because it's not healthy.
